Cancellation Policy

NON-REFUNDABLE/NON-TRANSFERABLE DEPOSIT required to retain appointment. Deposit will go
towards your service.
CANCELLATION POLICY
• If you choose to cancel your appointment within 48 hours of your scheduled time, you will be charged 50% of the total of service(s) booked and your deposit will be forfeited.
• Cancellations/reschedules under 24 hour notice will be charged 100% of service booked
•NO CALL/NO SHOW will be charged 100% of service missed, forfeit deposit, and will not be able to book any future appointments.
